What happens if a resident's bag goes missing?
Every bag is scanned at pickup, at facility intake, onto the van, and at return — an append-only custody log. If a bag is ever unaccounted for, the log shows the last signed handoff, and our team resolves it directly with the resident.
What if something comes back damaged or wrong?
If a wash isn't right, we re-clean it or make it right directly with the resident — never a back-and-forth with your front desk.
What if a bag is taken from the lobby before pickup?
Custody starts the moment our driver scans it at pickup and ends at the return scan. Bags are collected on scheduled pickup days, so the exposure window is short, and the custody log shows exactly where responsibility begins.
